This entry rolls the full progression of the Swiftness soul: Tier 1 +1 Initiative & AGI Saves; Tier 2 +2 Initiative & AGI Saves; Tier 3 +3 Initiative & AGI Saves. Higher tiers replace lower; only one soul rides any given vessel at a time.
