Striking (Weapon)

Soul enchantments are bound to a soul-vessel weapon by a Forgeron or trained enchanter. This entry rolls the full progression of the Striking soul: Tier 1 +1 hit & +1 crit range; Tier 2 +2 hit & +2 crit range; Tier 3 +3 hit & +3 crit range. Higher tiers replace lower; only one soul rides any given vessel at a time.
