Binding (Weapon)

Soul enchantments are bound to a soul-vessel weapon by a Forgeron or trained enchanter. This entry rolls the full progression of the Binding soul: Tier 1 +1 melee spell hit; Tier 2 +2 melee spell hit; Tier 3 +3 melee spell hit. Higher tiers replace lower; only one soul rides any given vessel at a time.
