Twisted Gloom

Once per Rest. When you cast a single-target Dark Arts spell that requires a spell attack roll and is up to half your level (rounded down), you may designate additional Sanctified enemies as targets. Each target must be within the spell's range. You make a separate attack roll against each target and each target defends independently. Designating up to two targets costs no additional actions or resources. Designating three or four targets costs an additional cast of the spell's full cost. For each additional two targets beyond four, the spell is slowed by one step and costs an additional cast of the spell's full cost.
