Spend ½ Action. For 3 rounds, when Shadow Chain hits an un-Sanctified enemy, they also become Sanctified for the duration. You can only re-target the original Sanctified enemy. You cannot Sanctify allies during this time. When the effect ends, you pay 50 WP and lose 2 FCS Bonus until you Rest.
