Use a Bonus Action in attempt to scatter the thoughts of those around you, creating chaos and distraction. Choose up to 3 targets you can see within 15 meters of you. Targets must succeed an INT Save against your INT Check or become Cursed for 5 rounds. While Cursed, any time they would move, they roll a d8 to determine their direction, lose ½ Action on their turn and can not make Ranged Attacks.
