Deranged Resurgence

When your HP drops below 50% or 25%, you gain the corresponding Blood Rage dice bonus as normal. If you are healed above a threshold, the bonus dice from that threshold linger for the remainder of your current turn and your next turn. If you are healed above a threshold outside of your turn, the bonus dice linger for your next two turns instead. If healed above multiple thresholds simultaneously, the stronger effect takes priority and lingers until it expires before the weaker effect applies. Each threshold triggers independently.
