Heated Shield

You touch a non-magical shield, causing it to glow with heat. While this spell is active, when a creature hits the shield's bearer with a melee attack, the attacker takes Fire damage equal to your INT Bonus. The bearer gains Physical Resistance(1) against Cold damage. If cast on a shield held by an unwilling creature, the bearer takes Fire damage equal to your INT Bonus at the start of their turns until they release the shield.
