Flame Shield

You surround an ally within range with a shield of flame. The shield sheds bright light in a 3-meter radius and dim light for an additional 3 meters. They gain Cold Resistance(3) and cannot gain Fire Rating. Additionally, whenever a creature within 1 meter hits them with a melee attack, the shield erupts with flame. The attacker takes Fire damage equal to the shieldbearer's level and gains Fire(1). Once on each of your turns, you can expand the shield as a Bonus Action, forcing all creatures within 2 meters to succeed on an AGI Save against your INT Check or take Fire damage equal to the shieldbearer's level.
