Converging Inferno

You draw all Fire Rating from all sources - creatures, terrain, spell effects, environmental fire - within a 10-meter radius around you. The absorbed stacks have no cap. You compress the collected fire into a single devastating blast targeting one creature within 40 meters. The target takes 5 Fire damage per stack absorbed. If the target is reduced to 0 HP, they are reduced to dust - no body remains. All creatures within 5 meters of the target are Blinded until the start of your next turn. No save on Blinded.
