Sovereign Verdict

You focus divine authority on an enemy you can see. The target must succeed on a FCS Save against your INT Check. On a fail, they take INT Die + INT Bonus Divine damage and are Stunned until the start of your next turn. On a success, they take half damage and are Dazed until the start of your next turn. For 3 rounds after the initial cast, you may reactivate the spell once per turn as a Bonus Action, replicating the initial effects. The target must remain within 30 meters and visible. If line of sight is broken, the spell ends.
