Litany of Mending

You begin a healing litany targeting a creature you can see. The spell has three activations. First activation (1 Action): target regains INT Die + INT Bonus HP. Second activation (Bonus Action): target regains INT Die + INT Bonus HP and FCS Bonus WP. Third activation (Bonus Action): target regains INT Die + INT Bonus HP and FCS Bonus WP, and one condition is removed (cannot remove Exhausted, Fatigued, or Dying). Activations must target the same creature. You may use activations in any distribution across the 3-round window - multiple in one turn or one per turn. Remaining activations expire after 3 rounds.
