You hurl a bolt of concentrated divine energy at a creature you can see. Make a Ranged Spell Attack. On a hit, the primary target takes INT Die + 2× INT Bonus Divine damage. The bolt then chains to up to two additional creatures within 5 meters of the primary target, each taking INT Die + INT Bonus Divine damage. Chains hit automatically and cannot target allies.
