You create a 5-meter radius sphere of darkness centered on a point within 20 meters. The area is filled with terrifying whispers and shadowy figures. Any creature that enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there must succeed on a FCS Save against your INT Check or gain Fear(2) for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns.
