Soul Shatter

You target a creature within 15 meters and attempt to fragment their soul. The target must make a FCS Save against your INT Check. On a failed save, the target takes 2d6 Psychic damage and 2d6 WP damage, and is Stunned until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, the target takes half damage and isn't Stunned. If either their HP or WP is reduced to 0 from this spell, they gain a level of both Fatigue and Exhausted instead of the usual effect.
