You release a pulse of shadow energy that warps the flow of magic around you. All creatures within 15 meters are marked with a visible shadowy brand until the end of their next turn. The first ability or spell with a WP cost that each branded creature uses on its next turn costs double its normal WP. You regain WP equal to the original cost of each triggered ability. Branded creatures can see the mark on themselves but do not know its effect until triggered.
