Ray of Decay

You fire a pulsating beam of green necrotic energy at a target within 30 meters. Make a Ranged Spell Attack. On a hit, the target takes INT Die + INT Bonus Necrotic damage and gains Touched by Death for 3 rounds. While Touched by Death is active, you may spend a Bonus Action on your turn to retrigger the effect - the target automatically takes Necrotic damage equal to your INT Bonus. Touched by Death ends early if the target dies or moves beyond 30 meters.
