Haunting

You afflict a creature with a relentless shadow presence. The target must succeed on a FCS Save against your INT Check or take INT Die + INT Bonus Psychic damage and gain Straining(5). On a success, the target takes half damage and gains Straining(2) instead. For 5 rounds, at the end of each of the target's turns, they must succeed a FCS Save against your INT Check or gain Fear(1). The effect ends after 5 rounds or when Straining reaches 0.
