Bane

You mark a creature within 30 meters with a deathly brand. For three rounds, nothing happens. At the end of the target's third turn after casting, the mark resolves. If the target is at full HP and WP, the effect ends - the target takes HP and WP damage equal to your INT Bonus. If the target's HP is not full, they must succeed a RES Save with a -5 penalty against your INT Check. If neither HP nor WP is full, the penalty increases to -10. On a fail, the target gains two stacks of Exhausted and two stacks of Fatigued and falls Incapacitated. On a success, they gain one stack of each.
