You channel your will through the Arcanum and impose a change upon reality. State your intent - the Arcanum delivers within the limits of what magic can achieve. The scope, cost, and consequences are determined by the GM based on the scale and nature of the request. Small requests may cost as little as 20 WP. Requests that reshape the world may cost everything you have and more.
