Rift Gate

You create two linked portals, each 1 by 2 meters, at points you can see within range. Portals must be placed vertically on surfaces or free-standing. Portals cannot be placed horizontally under creatures. The portals are two-way - creatures, projectiles, and spells can pass through freely.
