Telekinetic Throw

Seize an object or creature within grab range and hurl it at a target within throw range. Willing creatures may be thrown freely. Unwilling creatures must fail an INT Check vs RES Save or resist the grab. The thrown object or creature and the target both take Crushing damage - 2d10/1d10 (light) or 4d10/2d10 (heavy). The target may defend as per normal Throw rules. Thrown creatures take impact damage regardless and land Prone.
