Slow

You alter time around up to three creatures of your choice within 20 meters. Each target must succeed on a FCS Save against your INT Check or be affected until the end of your next turn. An affected target's speed is halved, it takes a -2 penalty to Defense Rating and Dexterity saving throws, and it can use either an action or a bonus action on its turn, not both. The spell's duration increases by 1 round each time you spend a Bonus Action on your turn to maintain it, up to a maximum of 3 rounds.
