You surround yourself or a willing creature you touch with a thin layer of magical frost. For 10 minutes, the target's Defense Rating increases by 1, and they gain Cold Resistance(1). Additionally, when a creature hits the target with a melee attack, the attacker takes 1d4 Cold damage.
