The Ibexi are mountain-dwelling goat-folk scattered across hundreds of settlements throughout the world's high ranges, collectivist to their very core. They name themselves part of The Herd - bound by mutual aid and the belief that all the peoples of Scalea form one Great Herd - and answer to an Honorable Alpha crowned by trials of strength, though each settlement rules itself as it pleases.
