Engulf in Flames

Use ½ Action to engulf an area you can see within 10 meters of you in flames. A volume with a radius of up to 2 meters is completely covered in flames, igniting any Flammable Free objects. Characters inside must succeed an AGI Save against your INT Check or gain Fire(2) Rating, if they succeed, they move to closest free adjacent space that is not on fire. If there is no space available, they fail the save. Characters already on Fire gain 1 Rating automatically. You may also choose a single target to engulf instead of an area. Usable equal to half of FCS Bonus per day.
